Greetings to you our brothers and sisters in Christ, we are so thankful that we are able to love God together as an international family. Thank you as always for your prayers and financial support. Your love shows us how much God cares for us. May blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honour, power and might be unto our God forever and ever. Amen!

God has been so good to us these past few months, and has blessed us in unimaginable ways. He has been gentle with us as we have learnt new things, and we feel renewed in our faith.

We have been very busy in Church conducting two children’s camps – each had about 150 children attending. As well as teaching lessons from the bible, we played lots of games and did lots of activities. This was a very beautiful time as we saw the children grow deeper in their relationships with God and each other.

We have also enjoyed our Sunday visits into the local communities. As a part of our worship, we try to bring the church outside of the building and into people’s homes. People who might not otherwise make it to church due to illness, lack of money or needing to work are able to sing and study the bible together. This is always very precious.

We are seeing great progress with our anti-trafficking work. We have been working hard to train up local community leaders, so they are empowered to carry out this awareness training themselves. Spiritual, emotional and social poverty is transformed when local people are given the space to help themselves out of difficult situations. We are looking forward to communities eventually being able to take the lead on this work, ushering in holistic transformation

Lack of rainfall in Cambodia this year has meant our agriculture work has been under a lot of strain. However, faithful to His promise of renewal and restoration, God has given us the creativity and resources to come up with sustainable farming methods using less water.

Our skill development training is still doing well. Our women on the sewing programme are now able to make eight different designs, and five of them are now at the stage where they are able to start their own businesses. Please pray for these women; that their business start up would be fruitful.

  • Please pray that we are able to build deeper relationships in the local villages so we can have more opportunities to show people God’s love.
  • Please pray for rain, so our crops may grow providing food and income for people.
  • Please pray for safety during travel. We are seeing many road accidents each day in Poipet.
